Job summary

Corewell Health at Zeeland Hospital seeks a Part-time Physical Therapist to provide therapy based on patient need and medical direction, and to educate patients and caregivers. The role includes arranging adaptive equipment as needed and collaborating with Rehab Resource Pool - Grand Rapids Hosp.

Hours are Day shift, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., four hours per week, Monday to Friday. A supportive team and benefits package accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Written or verbal communication skills required; pediatric therapists may have NDT certification and competency in serial casting.
• Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required.
• BLS certification required.
• State of Michigan Driver’s License Home Care Lines
