Job summary

Project Chesapeake is seeking a highly motivated part-time Addiction Counselor to join our outpatient team in Maryland. The role involves running OP/IOP groups and completing assessments under supervision, contributing to high-quality client care.

Qualified candidates hold a Maryland license (ADT/CSC-AD/CAC-AD/LMSW/LGPC) with at least 2 years of substance use disorder experience, and are proficient with EMR systems and documentation. Evening hours fit a Tuesday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license required (ADT, CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LMSW or LGPC).
• Minimum 2 years of substance use disorder population experience.
• Computer literate with EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Run OP/IOP substance use disorder groups.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, group notes and other clinical documentation under supervision.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team to maintain client care and treatment.
