Job summary

ADERO Scottsdale Resort is seeking a part-time Food Runner in Scottsdale, AZ. You will bridge the kitchen and dining room, delivering meals accurately and promptly while supporting servers to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining presentation, and communicating timing between kitchen and service. A flexible schedule and ability to work weekends/holidays are important to meet occupancy needs.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Maintain food handler certification as required.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays based on occupancy.
• Physical ability to perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to guests accurately and promptly.
• Verify order accuracy and presentation before delivery.
• Communicate timing and special requests between kitchen and servers.
• Assist with clearing, resetting, and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of expo, service, and dining areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of service periods.
• Communicate any food quality concerns to the kitchen.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
