to 10:00 a.m., five days per week, including weekends. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with preferred background in groundskeeping or outdoor maintenance.

Qualifications

• Previous porter/groundskeeping/landscaping or outdoor-maintenance experience preferred.
• Issuance of a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliable transportation and comfort working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Maintain clean and presentable outdoor areas
• Perform hand-watering duties as assigned
• Report directly to the assigned job site
• Complete other basic landscape-maintenance tasks as needed
