Qualifications

Responsibilities

Clean Scapes is seeking a dependable Porter to support a commercial property. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, presentable grounds and assisting with hand-watering at additional properties.

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Maintain clean and presentable outdoor areas
• Perform hand-watering duties as assigned
• Report directly to the assigned job site
• Complete other basic landscape-maintenance tasks as needed

SCHEDULE:

Part-time: 6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m., five days per week, including Saturday and Sunday

EXPERIENCE

• Previous porter, groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor-maintenance experience preferred
• Hand-watering or basic plant-care experience is a plus
