Qualifications

• Valid PA Driver's License required.
• Must be physically capable of performing all duties listed.
• Must work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Knowledge of tractors, mowers, dump trucks and snow removal equipment.
• Must communicate effectively with team members.
• Acquire and maintain PA Pesticide License Category 23 during employment.
• Read, write and follow routine instructions.
• Team-oriented work approach.
• Balance and moderate physical strength; exposure to outdoor allergens.
