Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepares carts for that day’s play.
• Keeps records of which carts are going out in each group.
• Keeps track of carts that made the turn and timing for pace of play.
• Maintains cart shed and golf cart appearance/maintenance.
• Assists Golf Shop with duties as needed.
• Keeps golfers and groups in order and teeing off on schedule.
• Keeps range ball machine full (if applicable).
• Provides daily cleaning and charging of golf carts.
• Fills the gas cart fleet when necessary.
• Maintains records of carts out of commission needing repair.
• Maintains usage records and reports to supervisor.
• Answers questions and explains rules when appropriate.
