Job summary

PGA TOUR, Inc. is seeking a part-time Outside Operations staff member at Avondale, LA. You will assist players, members, and guests with their golfing needs and help ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience on the course.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, loading golf bags, driving carts when needed, and maintaining a clean, orderly facility. Prior customer service in a country club setting is preferred. This role emphasizes safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a country club or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist PGA TOUR players, Members and guests with their golfing needs.
• Greet and welcome members and guests.
• At opening, assist in pulling all golf cars from the golf car facility to the bag staging area.
• Remove golf bags from member’s and guest's car and load them on a golf cart; drive the cart as needed.
• Provide members and guests with information about course features and etiquette.
• Keep the Golf Car Facility clean and orderly; update service records as needed.
• Assist with practice facility setup and ball retrieval; replenish practice balls.
• Ensure dress code and beverage policy are followed by members and guests.
