Job summary

Bella Vista POA is seeking a Golf Facility Aide (FT) to join the Golf Operations team in Bella Vista, AR. The role covers clerical, sales and public relations work in the Pro Shop and outdoor duties as needed, with supervision by the Golf Facility Supervisor or Teaching Professional.

Applicants should have excellent customer service, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work standing up for extended periods. Compliance with ABC and POA alcohol rules is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets members, checks membership cards, collects fees.
• Sells merchandise including clothing and equipment.
• Answers telephone and general inquiries.
• Reconciles day’s receipts and counts fees.
• Maintains records regarding members and guests.
• Stocks and prices merchandise and keeps the shop clean.
