Job summary

Bella Vista Property Owners Association is seeking a Part-time Golf Course Facilitator (Inside) to support the Pro Shop and related duties in Bella Vista, AR. The role includes clerical, sales, food and beverage service, and public relations tasks under supervision of the Golf Facility Supervisor/Head Golf Pro.

The position requires selling merchandise, handling registrations, and serving alcohol following state and POA rules.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must exhibit excellence in Customer Service with all customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for the department, sells merchandise, collects fees, rents equipment, prepares food and sanitizes surfaces.
• Executes food and beverage orders and maintains inventories.
• Reconciles day’s receipts, counts, and sorts fees; maintains records regarding members and guests.
• Prepares, organizes, and cleans food and beverage service areas; serves alcoholic beverages.
• Stocks and prices merchandise, tallies inventory and cleans display cases.
