Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing skills are required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Multi-task oriented with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepares carts for that day’s play.
• Keeps records of which carts are going out in each group.
• Keeps track of which carts made the turn and at what time, to ensure proper pace of play.
• Maintains cart shed and golf cart appearance/maintenance (if applicable).
• Assists Golf Shop with any duties necessary.
• Keeps all golfers and groups in order and teeing off on schedule.
• Keeps range ball machine full (if applicable).
• Provides daily cleaning and charging of all golf carts.
• Fills the gas cart fleet when necessary.
• Maintains records of carts out of commission that need to be repaired.
• Maintains records of usage and reports to supervisor.
• Answers questions and explains rules and regulations when appropriate.
