Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using proper equipment.
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers to ensure safe transport.
• Using the document management system to track freight locations in the terminal.
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day and night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Operate with a customer service mindset.
