Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Outbound Dockworker to join our York, PA team.

You will safely transport freight on and off trailers and verify documentation using electronic and manual systems. Forklift experience is preferred. We offer competitive hourly pay, with a raise after 12 months, a consistent evening schedule, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a 401(k) with company match plus annual profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Warehousing, freight, and logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Track and monitor freight locations using the document management system.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day, night, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate with a customer service first mentality.
