Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Use the document management system to track freight locations across the terminal.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day, night, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Operate with a customer-service-first mentality.
