Job summary

A. Duie Pyle in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a part-time Outbound Dockworker to help load and unload freight, verify paperwork, and ensure safety standards. Forklift experience preferred and ability to read, write, and communicate in English is valued.

This role offers hourly pay starting at $22.75 with a raise to $23.75 after 12 months, weekly direct deposit, and a 401(k) with company match plus annual profit sharing. High school diploma preferred; warehousing and logistics experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers to ensure safe transport.
• Utilizing document management system to track freight shipment locations.
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day/night shifts, weekends/holidays.
