Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Use the document management system to track shipment locations.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Provide customer-service oriented support.
