Job summary

Concept Rehab in Ozark, MO is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) for a part-time role to support patients in gaining independence and safety in daily activities.

You will complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver skilled OT interventions, document accurately, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality care for diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Missouri OT license or eligibility.
• NBCOT certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• A patient-first approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide skilled OT interventions
• Address ADLs, functional mobility, strength, coordination, cognition, and safety
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, therapy staff, and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
