Job summary

River Crossing Rehab and Healthcare Center in Missouri seeks an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to help patients recover and regain independence through therapeutic activities.

You will collaborate with a care team, document progress weekly, maintain NBCOT certification and state license, and contribute to care plans. Full-time and part-time shifts available; competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered OT.
• NBCOT certification required.
• State license (where applicable) required.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients using therapeutic and self-care activities to improve function.
• Monitor patient activities, provide encouragement and feedback.
• Contribute to meetings and case conferences for coordinated care.
• Document weekly patient progress in records.
• Maintain treatment areas, equipment and inventory.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in treatment skills.
