Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Ashland, Missouri. You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled therapy to improve independence and participation in daily activities.

This position offers flexible PRN scheduling, a therapist-owned organization, collaborative leadership, continuing education, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Missouri OT license and NBCOT certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Previous rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions.
• Address functional mobility, ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and other occupational performance needs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve safety and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy staff, and other members of the care team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
