Job summary

Metropolitan Surgery Center is seeking a part-time Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) to join our ambulatory surgical team. The OR Nurse provides essential nursing care during surgery, including patient positioning, prepping, and circulating the case, in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have an accredited RN degree, active New Jersey RN license, and 1 year circulator experience, with BLS/ACLS/PALS as required. Join us for a supportive team and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
• Provide nursing care during surgery and assist the team.
• Support surgical procedures in ENT, Orthopedic, Pain, Podiatry and Urology."
