Job summary

Metropolitan Surgery Center is seeking a part-time Operating Room Nurse to support surgical cases in our New Jersey facility. The OR RN will position and prep patients, circulate cases, and collaborate with the surgical team.

Candidates should be a graduate of an accredited RN program with an active state license and current BLS/ACLS/PALS as required. Experience as a Circulator and sound nursing judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position and prep the patient for surgery and circulate the case.
• Assist with positioning and nursing care during surgery.
• Experience in ENT, Orthopedic, Pain, Podiatry, and Urology procedures.
