Job summary

Metropolitan Surgery Center is hiring a part-time Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) to join our ambulatory surgical team in Moonachie, New Jersey. The OR nurse will position, prep, and circulate cases and provide nursing care during surgeries in ENT, Orthopedic, Pain, Podiatry, and Urology specialties.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program, hold an active RN license in New Jersey, and have BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required. Minimum one year of circulator experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient for surgery and prep for the case.
• Circulate during the procedure to support the team.
• Provide nursing care across ENT, Orthopedic, Pain, Podiatry and Urology cases.
