Job summary

Ahead ABA is expanding in Frederick County and seeks a BCBA to oversee in-home ABA programs in the Middletown area. Part time or full time; you choose and set your schedule. The role offers a hybrid setup with remote admin and parent training time to support families.

You will lead home-based cases, develop and update treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and communicate progress to parents. Maryland license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with Maryland license or ability to obtain one
• Team-first attitude and ability to supervise RBTs
• Strong communication with families and care teams
