Qualifications

• Two years of operating room circulating experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center.
• Current IL RN license.
• Current BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care through the nursing process in preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases.
• Communicates effectively with the surgical team and documents patient care actions.
• Performs aseptic technique and maintains sterile field.
• Assesses patient status and plans/adjusts care as needed.
• Responds to emergencies and ensures patient safety throughout the perioperative process.
