Job summary

Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center - St. Charles is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator to join our team in St. Charles, IL.

The role focuses on delivering comprehensive perioperative nursing care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative stages. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in Nursing, an IL RN license, and current BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications, with at least two years of OR circulating experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN License - IL.
• Current American Heart Association BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications.
• Two years of operating room circulating experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care through the nursing process in preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases.
• Assist in surgical procedures as OR Circulator.
• Document care and communicate with staff for continuity of care.
• Adhere to patient rights and AAAHC standards.
