Pearle Vision in Crawfordsville, IN is seeking a Part-Time Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye care and lead NECE initiatives. Partner with the Store Manager and Field Leadership to create a safe, motivating work environment and an exceptional eyecare experience for every patient.

You will apply clinical protocols, coach Associate Doctors, and ensure accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatment recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Optometry degree and be licensed.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient eye care with NECE execution in accordance with protocols.
• Greet patients and assist with scheduling and phone coverage.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Coach and train Associate Doctors on clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve sales and service goals.
• Support staffing, performance reviews, and store-wide compliance.
• Maintain inventory, exams growth, and adherence to safety policies.
