Eyebuydirect is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) to deliver high-quality vision care in a collaborative setting. You will provide comprehensive optometric exams, build trusted patient relationships, and partner with the store team to ensure a seamless eyecare and retail experience.

Based on experience, this Part-Time role offers the chance to impact patient outcomes while working within a fast-growing Eyebuydirect environment under EssilorLuxottica.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Good problem solving and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive optometric care in accordance with clinical protocols and brand standards.
• Diagnose conditions and provide patient-centered recommendations.
• Build trusted doctor-patient relationships with empathy and clear explanations.
• Assess visual, lifestyle, and eyecare needs and offer eyewear recommendations.
• Use clinical technology and tele-optometry where appropriate to enhance access.
• Collaborate with store and eyecare teams to ensure smooth patient journey and KPI achievement.
