Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ABO Certification.
• Knowledge of basic optics and dispensing eyewear.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS and patient record software.
• Ability to use a tablet for sales.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and prescribes lenses according to prescriptions.
• Acts as a leader in optical acumen and peer guidance.
• Take and record measurements; ensure eyewear precision and fit.
• Engage with patients to understand needs and preferences.
• Assist peers with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Follow company policies and procedures in work tasks.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; protect company assets.
• Work weekends and evenings as required by location.
