Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to serve as the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience with product knowledge and friendly service.

Role emphasizes meeting eyewear needs, achieving sales goals, and maintaining operations accuracy. Experience in optics or ABO certification is required, with benefits and opportunities noted for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products/services meeting eye care needs.
• Measure customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through ongoing training.
• Support store operations: restock inventory, merchandise, and fulfill eyewear orders.
