Job summary

Visionworks in Wisconsin is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist – Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through the eyewear journey with warmth and expertise.

You will drive daily sales, engage patients, recommend products, and ensure accurate fitting and fulfillment while staying current on optical products and services. This role is part-time and requires strong customer service skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
