Visionworks in the United States is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our brand in-store, guiding patients through the Visionworks experience with warmth, knowledge, and a customer-first approach.

This part-time role blends eyewear expertise, sales momentum, and daily store operations, including restocking and merchandising, to ensure a smooth, human, and bold journey from check-in to checkout.

Qualifikationen

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Customer or patient service experience is preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Aufgaben

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product knowledge through continued training.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store goals, including restocking, merchandising and order fulfillment.
