Morgan Stanley is seeking a Service Associate to provide operational support and branch-level administration, including document maintenance, money movement, trade support and approvals. You will help resolve issues, support audits, and contribute to special projects while coordinating with sales, risk, and Home Office partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency; college degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and client service skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage documents with quality reviews and electronic filing.
• Oversee mail distribution and tracking across locations.
• Perform money movement tasks (checks, cash, securities approvals).
• Assist with trade adjustments and operational alerts.
• Execute delegated actions to meet service level expectations.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• remedy service issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist with special projects and onboarding support.
• Collaborate with sales, risk and Home Office partners.
