Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Service Associate to provide operational support and branch oversight, including document maintenance, money movement, and trade support. The role involves handling mail, approvals, and coordinating with the Service Managers to ensure service levels are met.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and hold Series 7/66 or 63/65 licenses or be willing to obtain them.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 required.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and client service abilities.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage documents with quality reviews for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee and distribute mail at multiple points.
• Perform basic money movement tasks and approvals for cash and securities.
• Assist with processing trade adjustments and operational alerts.
• Respond to delegated requests to meet service level expectations.
• Support audit readiness with ongoing monitoring for compliance.
