Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Denver seeks a Service Associate to provide operational support, oversee money movement, trade support, document maintenance and approvals across the complex. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to collaborate with sales, service, risk and Home Office partners, and willing to obtain required securities licenses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalency required.
• College degree preferred; industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).

Responsibilities

• Manage documents with quality reviews for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee mail flow, scanning, and filing across multiple points.
• Process basic money movement functions including deposits and checks.
• Support trade adjustments and respond to operational alerts.
• Complete delegated requests to meet service levels promptly.
• Assist audit readiness and compliance monitoring.
• Support special projects and onboarding.
• Serve as a resource to sales, service, risk and Home Office partners.
