Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support for an FA team, building trusted relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions on request of client or FA team.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation.
• Assist FAs in delivering against business plans and client service models.
• Maintain knowledge of firm policies, procedures and platforms.
