Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate in Denver to support Financial Advisors with daily client service, account maintenance and communications. You will help cultivate client relationships, answer questions, and manage routine transactions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Series 7/66 or 63/65 with 2+ years of industry experience, strong organizational and writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7/66 or 63/65 required.
• 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of equities, bonds, funds, and other investments.
• Strong writing, interpersonal and client service skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support to an FA and help cultivate client relationships.
• Perform money movement transactions at the request of the client and/or FA.
• Answer non-investment questions and relay account balances and positions.
• Educate clients on digital tools and onboard accounts.
• Coordinate calendars, travel, and expense reimbursements for the team.
• Support the FA's marketing efforts and participate in firm initiatives.
