Responsibilities

Assist with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations. Support hiring, training, and development of store associates.

• Assist with store functions and daily activities as directed
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Help protect and secure store assets, including cash
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a professional, friendly environment for customers and staff
• Keep store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly Associates
• Process directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, and Key Survey
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies
• Ensure proper staffing coverage and sales effectiveness daily
• Manage cashiering activities in line with cash handling practices
• Coordinate store signage and promotional displays
• Manage seasonal displays and merchandise replenishment
• Assist with weekly scheduling and store supplies management
• Maintain checkout area for impulse sales and ensure coolers and displays are replenished daily

Minimum Requirements

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
