Job summary

PITT OHIO Express LLC is seeking a Part-Time Operations Admin Customer Service professional for our Hamilton, NJ location. The role involves handling customer communications via phone, email, and fax, and performing data entry tasks to support freight operations.

This position requires strong English communication, typing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Schedule is Monday through Friday with a 4 PM start.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.
• Experience in transportation or customer service is a plus.
• Strong typing and data entry skills.
• Haz-mat knowledge or payroll experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and fax about freight charges, pickups, tracing, tracking, and PODs.
• Data entry tasks including scanning bills, P&D entry, fuel mileage, and payroll.
• Process paperwork and invoices, monitor checks and cash for accounts receivable/payable.
• Help process and monitor Haz-mat information for loads departing or arriving at the facility.
