Qualifications

• 3 years of experience supporting high school students in social-emotional development.
• Bachelor's in Sociology, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Specialized knowledge of first-generation and underrepresented students.
• Ability to engage students through digital platforms and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors and Coaches in developing action plans for student social-emotional growth.
• Facilitate training on policies and proactive techniques for student development.
• Serve as a point of contact for student concerns and questions.
• Observe interactions and provide resources to ensure productive learning.
• Assist in organizing family events and quarterly portfolio reviews.
• Meet with the Director every other week to discuss actions and needs.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and reliability as essential functions.
