Responsibilities

• Schedule, reserve space, and set up virtual meetings in Microsoft Teams.
• Manage registration and communicate with event attendees.
• Coordinate materials and catering; provide day-of operational support.
• Report training attendance and evaluation data.
• Draft email campaigns, flyers, and website content.
• Coordinate outreach activities; represent team at events and outreach opportunities.
• Ensure messaging is accessible and culturally responsive to families and caregivers.
• Provide administrative support including meeting notes and calendar management.
• Manage team credit card usage; arrange travel through university systems.
