Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of related work experience.
• Specialization in technical area as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform just in time training and support utilizing live chat and ticket-based inquiries, as well as phone and in person meetings.
• Keep faculty and students abreast of best practices and emerging technology including the update or production of training documentation, as well as in person and virtual training.
• Implement, test, and maintain high quality online technologies utilizing project management, knowledge management, and industry standard best practices.
• Consult with faculty to recommend and implement online tools in their courses and update course design using current best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging online technologies and trends.
• Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned.
