Job summary

Hematology & Oncology Associates of Fredericksburg is seeking a Physician Liaison to serve as the primary link between physicians, referral sources, hospitals, and community partners, driving referrals and supporting practice growth across the region.

With three locations and a focus on hematology and oncology care, this role offers a broad network and opportunities to impact patient access, education, and community outreach while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings is required.
• Minimum 4 years in oncology industry and/or medical outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, referral sources, and hospitals.
• Visit physician offices and hospitals to increase referrals.
• Coordinate regional marketing collateral with the Marketing Department.
• Plan and attend educational events for physicians to engage community.
• Analyze territory data and provide reports to leadership.
