Qualifications

• Doctorate degree from an approved physical therapy program; or
• Master’s degree from an approved physical therapy program and the equivalent of one year of full time experience; or
• Bachelor’s degree from an approved physical therapy program and the equivalent of two years of full-time experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design individualized treatment programs to maximize functional independence.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support participation and safe discharge planning; document interventions timely.
• Possibly supervise physical therapy interns and assistants as required.
