Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy; or Master’s with 1 year experience; or Bachelor’s with 2 years experience.
• Must obtain New York State licensure within 6 months of appointment; degrees must be from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment programs to maximize patient independence and quality of life.
• Evaluate and modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers; support safe discharge planning; document interventions timely and accurately.
• Participate in ongoing professional development; may supervise interns and assistants as required.
