Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider in Medical Oncology to support Teleoncology physicians at St. James Hospital.

You will provide comprehensive care to adults with solid tumors, participate in treatment planning, and coordinate complex care transitions. The role requires APRN or PA‑C degree, Montana license or eligibility, prescriptive authority, and chemo/biotherapy credentialing within 12 months.

Qualifications

• APRN or PA‑C degree from an accredited program.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active Montana APRN or PA license, or ability to obtain one.
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health credentialing.
• Chemotherapy/biotherapy card or willingness to obtain within 12 months of employment.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and histories.
• Support treatment planning and decisions.
• Collaborate with cancer care team and physicians.
• Manage symptoms and care transitions.
