Job summary

Intermountain Health in Logan, Utah, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider- Medical Oncology to join the Gossner Cancer Center team. You will handle new hematology consults, follow-ups for benign hematology patients, monitor active chemo patients, and manage chemo-related side effects.

Responsibilities include infusion center care and occasional hospital rounds during clinic hours. Applicants must have APRN/PA-C credentials, unrestricted licenses in UT/ID/WY or eligibility, BLS/DEA, and

Qualifications

• APRN or PA-C degree required.
• Unrestricted NP/PA license in UT, ID or WY or eligible.
• Current BLS, DEA, and prescriptive authority.
• 1 year minimum NP/PA oncology experience; new grads with RN oncology experience considered with cover letter.
• No Visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hematology consult appointments.
• Conduct follow-up appointments for patients with benign hematology diagnoses and monitor active chemotherapy patients.
• Manage chemotherapy-related side effects.
• Provide infusion center care and round at the hospital as needed.
