Mosaic Life Care in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) for a full-time Oncology Clinic role. The position involves working within a strong oncology team to deliver high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• APRN master’s nursing degree or PA program graduate.
• Missouri license current or ability to obtain licensure.
• Current DEA licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pharmacists, care managers, dietitians, social workers, surgeons, radiologists and palliative care experts.
• Deliver outreach care on a weekly basis.
• Share weekday evening call coverage 1–2 times per week.
• Maintain CoC Accreditation and QOPI Certification.

Responsibilities

• Robust multidisciplinary team with pharmacists, care manager, dietician, social workers, surgeons, radiologists, and palliative care experts
• Deliver dedicated outreach care weekly
• Shared weekday evening call coverage 1 – 2 times per week
• CoC Accreditation
• QOPI Certification

NP Requirements:

• Successful completion of an APRN master’s nursing degree or graduate of accredited PA program
• Current Missouri license preferred or the ability to obtain licensure
• Current DEA licensure
• Strong internal medicine knowledge
• Oncology experience preferred

Additional Qualifications:

• Possess ability to work independently/autonomously and interdependently with other health care professionals
• Have extensive patient assessment skills using diagnostic methods and instruments with the ability to develop appropriate care plans, modifying as indicated
• Possess effective communication skills and interpersonal skills with patients, families and members of the health care team
