Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, recipes, and batches according to Biscuit Belly specs; follow scratch-made processes with honesty and pride.
• Ensure prep items match quality, flavor, and appearance expectations.
• Label, date, rotate, and store all food properly.
• Maintain high sanitation standards and follow safety guidelines.
• Keep prep areas organized and ready for peak service.
• Communicate needs or shortages to Line Cooks, Expo and leadership.
• Support teammates and contribute to a calm, positive kitchen culture.
