Carew Heating & A/C, Inc., a brand of Clarion Home Services Group, is seeking an organized Office Coordinator in Watertown, WI. This on-site, part-time role supports multiple departments with administrative tasks and order processing, totaling up to 27.5 hours per week.

You will manage daily office operations, purchases, billing support, and scheduling while upholding our safety standards and team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of office administration experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations across multiple trades, providing administrative support to managers across various departments.
• Coordinate Purchase Orders, assist AR/AP processes, and make collection calls to ensure timely payments.
• Invoice customers accurately, submit permit applications, and register installed equipment and warranties.
• Provide professional phone etiquette and schedule coordination with customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized office and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Support onboarding of new hires and assist with Marketing/Social Media projects as needed.
