Rize Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Help Desk Specialist to provide Tier 1 technical support across Las Vegas-area branches. You will be the first point of contact for routine IT issues and will travel between locations to assist staff on-site.

No prior help desk experience is required; the role reports to the Director of Infrastructure and Security Operations and offers flexible scheduling discussed during interview.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic familiarity with Windows, MS 365, printers and peripherals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line on-site and remote support to team members.
• Troubleshoot routine hardware, software, printers, and connectivity issues.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Set up and connect workstations, monitors, and printers.
• Escort new hires and assist with equipment moves and replacements.
